Yes. It is accredited by the NUC.
Tomáš Nuc was born on 1989-03-09.
Nuc stands for nucleus in a cell. The nucleus is a membrane-bound organelle that contains the cell's DNA and regulates gene expression.

A Non-Utilisation Certificate (NUC) is issued by the Central Excise Department or the Customs Department against Form CT-1. This certificate serves as a proof that the goods imported against the said form have not been utilised and are being exported out of India. It is necessary to obtain a NUC in order to avail the benefits of duty free imports. The procedure to obtain the NUC against the CT-1 form is as follows: \tThe importer must apply to the jurisdictional Central Excise/Customs office and submit the relevant documents.\tThe Central Excise/Customs officer will then verify the documents and issue the NUC upon satisfying the conditions.\tThe NUC must be produced at the time of export of the goods. The NUC must be issued within a period of 6 months from the date of importation of the goods. The NUC is valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issue. Upon being satisfied with the export of the goods the jurisdictional Central Excise/Customs office will then cancel the NUC and the CT-1 form.
Its a kind of fare check formula which applies only for return circle trip iteneraries. like we need to check the highest nuc value from origen to destination and intrmideate stopover to destination if there is any higher nuc value greater then your origen destination nuc value make that value double and then subtract the applying fare from that value.
I am not going to answer this FOR you, but I will help you to set it up. (note nuc. is the abbreviation I will use for "nucleotides", s = seconds) 20 nuc./ 1 s 3,000,000,000 nuc. we want to find s so 3,000,000 nuc. x 1s/ 20 nuc. = the number of seconds After you find the number of seconds, you can translate that into minutes, hours etc., if necessary. Please note that the nucleotides are not being replicated one at a time. All 46 chromosomes have molecular machinery copying their code independently, so the question is probably more complicated than what you have posted here.
The prefix "nuc-" refers to something related to the nucleus, which is usually referring to the central part of a cell that contains genetic material. It can also be associated with words related to atomic nuclei or central cores of structures.
