Generally, you need to be enrolled in at least one, three credit hour course. But it can vary depending on you parents health insurance provider. Additionally, you will be removed from your parents insurance at the age of 25 whether you are enrolled in college classes or not.

You must be a full-time student. For colleges and universities that operate on a semester system, you must be enrolled for at least 12 credits each regular semester. Anything less would put you into a part-time status. You should also check with your health insurance provider for accurate information on the age cutoff. If I am not mistaken, I believe the age may be 24 even if not in school. Still, check with the company to be sure.
