Yes, all departments of BBDNITM Lko(Estd. 1998) , NIEC Lko (Estd. 1999) & BBDESGIFOE Lko (Estd. 2007), Lucknow have existed before and many batches have passed out from UPTU (Aug 2000 - Aug 2011) & Agra University (Aug 1998 - 1999). Further, UGC, has given approval under Section 22(B) of UGC Act, 1956 to BBD University, Lucknow. BBD University, Lucknow has been established by an Act of State Legislature which clearly permits it to run in-campus & off-campus centers as per the Babu Banarasi Das University Act 2010 (Act No. 25 of 2010), UP State Legislature. State Government has given NoC for running the courses to BBD University, Lucknow. Further approval from AICTE is not required as it is a full-fleged state private university.
