As many times as you'd like.

There called appeals.

But eventually, the college will get annoyed and send you a letter saying that they will NEVER accept you, lol.thats a good point,but they will give you another example of a college and you can go there

As many times as you want but it probably will not help. they are all different in some ways so try more than one but remember if you are out of state they are running about 38,000 a year.
