There can be no true answer to this question. The salary would be dependent on what field the person is in, where they are located, and their experience. The minimum experience for a charter holder would be 4 years as that is the minimum experience required to receive the charter regardless whether all the levels are completed or not. I would guess that most new charter holders have an average of 7 years experience and have a medium income of about $100,000 to $125,000. Of course, the variance of incomes will vary significantly. I got my charter in 2008.
