The basic college level, creative writing classes aren't much tougher than what you experience in high school. The class is meant to open students up to writing and get prepared for the much writing they do in college. You should expect assignments that are more challenging than high school. There can be a variety of assignment. There can be short stories, poetry. Expect to have your assignments reviewed, graded and revised. These are exercise to get you to become a better writer.
11th grade? That would depend on your meaning of "average". An "average" student that meets the standard of a C as a grade would think that maths is difficult, but the "average" student in the USA could expect a B or B-, and would think that maths is an "ok" subject.
For students who have had some training and some experience in writing college papers, my experience is that the greatest stress is induced by a professor's failing to specify (1) the value that the assignment ought to have for the student in a specific course -- what minimum learning or insight the student can look for and expect; (2) the criteria that the professor will use to evaluate the paper. There are other issues, of course. But once a student "buys into" the project, because there is a perceived value and outcome, and once the student understands clearly the terms of the contract, the rest can be a stress-free routine, even an exciting excursion.
It depends on what you need the tutoring for. If you are a high school student, you should be able to receive free tutoring through the school you attend. If you are a college student, you should not expect to receive free tutoring at all (unless your college pays for it).
The average cost of college for students will vary depending on the location, the accommodation and how much money is spent on other items. Generally, students can expect to pay approximately $40,000 for a four-year course.
A student going to college in another state can expect to experience a new environment, meet new people, and encounter different cultures and customs. They may also face challenges such as adjusting to a different climate, navigating a new campus, and being away from their support network.

Most schools have student writing center to help students with their papers, but not expect writing center to write the papers for you. That is not the goal of writing center. Writing center is to help students with their paper structure and arguments as well as the grammatical errors and prove reading. It is students' own job to write their own papers.
The style of writing that conveys a situation of everyday life as one would expect it to occur is realistic writing.
The meaning of planning is the act of making a planThe importance of planning is that if you plan your writing, you will know in advance what to expect and when to expect it.
