やかましい /ya ka ma shii/ and うるさい /u ru sai/ both mean 'noisy, making too much noise, speaking too much, loud, etc' where the latter is very informal and used as slang or derogatory language too.

There are some variants of them like うざい /u zai/ or うるせぇ /u ru see/ [ee = elongated 'e' sound]. When directly speaking just each word alone means 'you are noisy' or figuratively translating it means 'shut up'.
