If this is your child and you're simply evicting them to shirk any further parental responsibility than you are a SORRY EXCUSE OF A HUMAN BEING. If the child is failing classes and basically wasting their future I would almost say yes, however this is YOUR DNA a product of your apparently worthless loins and yet another example of the S**ty parents of the 80' 90's. You should have SOME parental instinct that would tell you that this is not the right way to send your child into the world. Yes make them pay SOME rent (no free rides for failing grades) but under no circumstances should you EVER turn your back on them BECAUSE YOU FAILED as a Parent.
