I salute the Cosmopolitan University for their Honorary Doctorate Program. They really give it to someone who deserves it by looking at their resume and cv. It is an uplifter of the spirit. For the successful honorees, it's one way of saying I've done so much in my field at least internationally and I am now being recognized. Who doesn't want that in the first place.
