There is a simple secret I use, but I'll share. LOL When I have a job or I've joined a volunteer group I am pleasant, listen, learn and I also study each person and get to know their personality. I know the ones I can joke with and the ones I can't. I also see some that are trying to climb the ladder so I keep my thoughts to myself and have short but effective conversations with them leaving business out of it. Study personalities wherever you go and you'll go far.
Well... If you work cooperatively then you are working well. Like for example if i worked cooperatively with my friend, i am being pleasant, listening to her/his point of view and not being disruptive or cruel about others.
