It would be legal, I think, if a student and teacher marry each other after the student is no longer a real "student" of that school or any school. However, you'd have to have the student's agreement to marry them and I don't think any teachers should be marrying people they have taught.
Legally it is allowed if the student is over the age of 18. Some places might allow it if they are over 16, with parental permission. I've known it to happen in two instances. One was a high school student who married a teacher after graduation. The other was a college professor who married a student.
A good relationship between student and teacher does have a positive contribution to a student's progress. Of course, other factors can intercept this (such as demostic problems or severe learning dissabilities). I'd say that 9/10 students would do well in school if they share a good relationship with the teacher
This would be a conflict of interest for the teacher. A techer who has a personal realtionship with a student would lose their neutral objectivity toward the student. In most school districts the teacher could be fired for having a relationship with a student.
The answer to that may have a great deal to do with the relationship between the teacher and the student. While not exactly unlawful, it may cross the school administration's rules of proper behavior between teacher and pupil. At the very least, it may be viewed as an intrusion in the relationship between the student and her parents or guardians.
Being a high school teacher myself, I've seen alot of this. All i have to say is if a fully grown man/woman wants to have a relationship with an under age student there is something wrong with them. If you chose to agree with them then be careful, if you get caught you will both be in serious trouble. Especially the teacher! Hope ive helped.
Well depends on teacher age . his, her liking of the student . if worse he will be rusticated from the school.
If someone bullies you the head teacher knows and if the student applies for the school, he/she will not get accepted.
a petition
This is against the law for most student and teacher couples. When it is not against the law it is against school policy and will get teacher fired and student expelled.
A student teacher is someone who is in the process of completing a Bachelor of Teaching and is currently in a school placement.
she had a bright student.
