Well, in most cases the certificate at the college or university level is designed for those who already have an existing degree and wish to enhance that degree with a specific program of study. It makes sense in your case because taking more general education credits is really not necessary (if the program within the AA requires some you have not taken). Still, if the coursework you completed at The Bachelor's level completes the general education requirements, then the AA would be a logical choice. I would meet with an enrollment specialist at the college that offers the program for detailed information. In this way you can make an educated decision.
