I don't know if you've already gotten your answer or not but this is what is likely to happen... The teacher will go to the principal who will inform the protection agency in your city. Police may be brought in and charges brought against you for abuse. Sadly you really have no rights as a parent to discipline your child in this manner.
yes cause spanking is a good way to show that you hate that child
Spanking your child is your choice, however, there are ALWAYS more appropriate and positive alternatives to spanking. Such as: time outs, taking away privileges.ect
I am a firm believer of spanking, look at kids nowadays. Our children now are the result of not being punished correctly for their actions. They say spanking is "abusing". So for you to spank your child, be prepared for welfare to come in and investigate if your child goes to school and tells on you. A nude spank? No.
It is officially allowed to spank a child in any part of America including New York, but corporal punishment at school is outlawed in some states including New York City. However spanking is not especially encouraged.Yes it is. There is a distinction between spanking and abusing.
== == It is illegal in most states for a person over the age of 18 to touch a child, and spanking is considered touching by the law.
Spare the rod, spoil the child.
NO! It's child abuse for which you can be arrested and your child removed from your custody.
It could be. Most people would assume that leaving marks is not spanking. It is more like beating your child. Now if you are the child in this situation and this is the only time it has happened it probably is not a big deal. If it has happened before or happens again, you need to go to the school nurse and get some help.
Florida restricts all spanking as child abuse. Florida law states that any act that can physically or mentally hurt a child is considered child abuse and you can be charged with a felony for it.
yes
They learn that misbehaving have consequences.
"Spanking" a child isn't considered Corporal Punishment....in any State of the Union, a Parent has the right to discipline their child by Spanking them, this however, does not include abusive behavior.
