What I did when I had no diploma, I went to NYPL to get a GED application, mailed it out, they sent me an invite to take a test, I passed it and 6 weeks later got my ged in the mail. I highly recommend you try and take yours then you can go to cuny schools with have really low tuition!

If your interested in Medical there are lots of schools that offer classes without a diploma or ged but they do not offer financial aid for most of there programs and they usually have really hefty fees.
