AICTE doesn't have powers to approve any course delivered by an University that has been registered under UGC, DEC and/or member of AIU. No university has AICTE approval in India

AICTE approval is specific for the college, course or Institute but UGC approval is for Universities. Colleges offering UGC approved courses doesn't require additional compliance except the university approval but AICTE approved colleges needs to satisfy certain criterion to please AICTE.

As far approval from AICTE is concerned ,AICTE approval is given to those institutes which are affiliated to a university. Galgotia is itself a university which is established as per Section 2(f) of the UGC Act and thus no approval from AICTE is required for the university.
