Some of Medvance's schools are accredited by the Accrediting Commission of the Council on Occupational Education (COE) and some others by the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES), both accrediting agencies are recognized by CHEA and the US Department of Education (USDE). What I can say it the school does not have the preferred regional accreditation for colleges and universities within the United States. For institutions within the United States and its territories, the critical issue is the schools accreditation. With a regional accreditation, you can be assured the coursework and degree you complete will be recognized by all other colleges and universities as well as employers.
