The course content, curriculum and teaching methodology for both the programs is the same. There is literally no difference in what you learn in PGDBA and MBA. The only difference is an MBA is a PG degree, hence you can take up further studies like Ph.D after MBA. PGDBA being a diploma, you don't get admission to a Ph.D. (but there are other options, like the Fellow Programs, equivalent to doctoral programs). However, there is no other difference at all and students from both the programs get equal opportunity in the market. Especially, since only 0.2% of all the MBA graduates ever think of doing a Ph.D., you should bother about an MBA or PGDBA only if there is a remote desire in your mind to pursue a Ph.D.

Sorry boss!!! you cant bkoz PGDBA is diploma. Mphil requires masters degree. After PGDBA also you can go for MPhil but it requires some bridge courses. inquire abt them.
