In the typical 4-point system, a 3.19 is a "B". So it's gooder than a 2.2, but not as good as a 3.99. (And I'm kidding about "gooder". If you use 'gooder' in a sentence, you probably wouldn't have a 3.19 in English. :)
For a better future, you should focus more on the cumulative GPA more than the Major GPA.
AP classes give you extra points.
Me!! :) :) :)
Yes, the cumulative GPA is more important than major one and is better for the future career later in life.
3.0 or better...BUT hopefully i can get in because i have a 2.7 GPA -____-...pray for me
It is much harder because u need a GPA of 4.0 or higher
Probably not. Your GPA had better be pretty spectacular. The average GPA/LSAT combo is 3.4/155. A 143 is substanitally lower than the average of 155.
GPA Requirements: 3.0 or better on a 4.0 scale.
To round your GPA on a resume for better presentation, simply round to the nearest tenth. For example, if your GPA is 3.56, you can round it to 3.6. This makes it easier to read and looks cleaner on your resume.
The more credits you have accumulated, the more difficult it will be to raise the GPA. With a 3.3, you will have to achieve no less than a B+ (or 3.5) GPA to raise your GPA and that will not raise it significantly. You would have to strive for an A in all your courses. Still, a GPA of 3.3 is very good. Too many students strive for the grade. They would do much better if they strive to be a better professional within their field. Do the very best you can, and the grades will take care of themselves.
noo 3.0 or better
For an institution that works on a 4.0 scale with 4.0 being the highest, a grade point average (GPA) of 3.5 is equivalent to a letter grade of B+. That is very good!
