Their business model is similar to all the other student painting companies across the country. You learn how to manage a home improvement project, painting from budgeting, marketing, selling, to customer satisfaction and so on. The less organized you are, the more hours you will put in.

There are many people who do well in the internship. Like any other business it doesn't work for everybody 100%. You always see more unfavorable depictions from those who felt they should get an easy paying job versus those who did make some good money in the summer and acquired some employable skills.
