It helps.LOL. A "higher education" means the next step in your education process. If you are in grade school, a higher education means going on to High School. If you are in High School, a high education means going to college or a university. College students go on to Graduate School for a degree of some kind. And if you do not have high marks where you are now, moving on will be very, very hard.
Because the marks helps to know the attitude and behaviour of the student to the Management, so scoring a highest marks is the onlu one to get an higher education

Well I feel personally that it's not about the highest mark it's about the presentation and literature in the work and the effort that's put into it I hope that helps out your question
It shouldn't, but it is unfortunately.
because the student has more potential at understanding greater concepts, therefore he or she should put this to use for the welfare of him/herself as well as others, and their country as well.
The Department of Education, is where you may find statistics of high school chorale students. They say that students that participated in music, scored higher in their SATs.

Higher secondary students typically refer to students who are in grades 11 and 12, or those who are pursuing their high school education after completing the mandatory schooling up to grade 10. These students are generally around the ages of 16 to 18 and are preparing for higher education or entry into the workforce.
The percentage rate for both males and females in Asia that were straight A students and that pursued higher education in the first generation would be a very high 100%.
Around 30% of Cuban students attend college, according to data from the Cuban Ministry of Higher Education. The government heavily subsidizes education in Cuba, allowing a relatively high proportion of students to access higher education compared to many other countries.
This is an opinion question, so I will give my opinion. I think high marks should be only one of the factors determining who can access higher education. There are a variety of reasons why a student would not have a straight-A average in high school, including having to work part time to support his/her family, having a troubled home life, having an undiagnosed learning disability or simply not currently having a lot of motivation to apply himself/herself. However, all of these things can change when a person applies for college and a previous B/C-average student can suddenly do much better in college than in high school.
