There are a couple options for International Employment at Disney. If you are a student you can do the International College Program, but you have to go to a University that does the exchange with Disney. You can do the Summer Experience Program which is a summer exchange and you also have to be a student for that. Or you can Cultural Representative Program, this gets you a job for one year at the Britain Pavilion in Epcot, and you don't have to be a student. Best of luck! I interviewed for the Cultural Representative Program and didn't get it, but I know others who have done it and it sounds like a blast!
