it depends on many different factors of your situation, such as if you are extremely upset and it is visible how upset you are, or if the people are good friends to you or just friends who you dont share alot with. in either of these situations i would not consider it bad, in many cases they just dont want to stick their nose in your business or they assume that you know what to do and you just want to be left alone. its very difficult for people to read and understand somebodies emotions. sometimes however they may not be saying anything because they may assume you are doing it for attention, however that is only the case if you frequently display you emotions and you dont have to worry about doing that either unless you really are doing it for attention. dont think it's bad at all if your intentions are genuine and you really are unhappy. :)
