Not in themselves, they only become dangerous when they have a positive affect on the mind and the actions of the one who they are tempting towards carnality i.e the ways of the world and not the ways of God.

No it depends what type of satanist Though if its laveyan satanism then no because you just indulge in mans needs and they don't believe in satan as a being. Other types like luciferian I don't know so much about but they don't belive in a real Satan
