I am in 5th grade and going to middle school next year too. I am super scared yet excited. I am scared that i won't be good at things and will get lost on the first day.(i have heard kids that can't find bathrooms! yeah, that's scary!) But I think you have to chill and think about the good things. I am scared about boys too. (REALLY there are not cute boys in elementary school) Just chill and think about new friends you'll make!(Like what my mom says) Just think on the good side! I bet a lot of 6th graders are scared like you. (like me) YOu are not the only one

actually you'll never know what lies between the walls of middle school..

so I suggest you go for it and CONQUER IT!

That depends on what classes you take. Generally, however, high school will be much harder.

If you continue to take the classes you should take (i.e. you take classes in the high achiever program in middle school and then take honors and AP classes in high school), then yes, high school will easily be more challenging.

If you take high achiever classes in middle school and then take general classes in high school, then middle school may be easier, but most likely high school will still be more challenging.

No don't be afraid it's just like every other school so if your afraid just remember it's just like Elementary School !

It can be scary because you don't know everybody. If you feel nervous, just remind yourself that everybody else is nervous too -- it's their first day, just like it's your first day!
