it kills you
In essence it can.
Math, Science, Engineering, Medicine , law etc are disciplines in college to educate you about a certain subject in full detail and memorize textbooks and their definitions. Philosophy is designed to educate you on how to think. I've taken philosophy and I'm currently taking three philosophy courses and I must admit I have to slow down a little bit. I can definetly say it is vastly different from my other courses in science, math, politics and languages. I have had headaches when reading some textbooks and covering certain subject matter (death, reality, ethics, etc). I have heard people committing suicide over philosophy as some people may obsess over it and the nature of life. But then again people can obsess over anything and still kill themselves.
Philosophy in some regards is dangerous because you find out about things in the world you never knew before and you see things differently too. It's very rewarding on the other hand though and philosophy students continue to top any other disciplines when wrting the law and medicine entrance exams in any country, because again it is there to educate you on how to think and solve problems.
Most people however can handle themselves, so not every philosophy major will go around killing themselves or end up in an institution.
It can be overwhelming however for some and I have had people both guys and girls cry over some of the subject matter while they're studying.
A good example can be Neo discovering the matrix for the first time, and just not being able to handle to truth according to the film. The film can be used as a metaphor for philosophy in that some people just can't handle to see the world in a different light.
tertullian condemned greco romãs philosophy because its critical mind and he have in mind that this will be importante for progress of relligion
It is the philosophy of many scholars my philosophy is (then you tell what your philosophy is)!

Cats aren't dangerous per se but everything can be a little dangerous. Like a baby can throw toy down and parent trips on it and falls but baby not dangerous. Although cats do seem to try and trip me coming in doors but I learned do what they want. They still have instincts so if sweet cat gets tail pulled by little kid cat might hiss or turn to bite but it's instinct. Cats are as dangerous as the perception of danger the person has. I don't find mine dangerous but I think anything could be dangerous it's all perception. Philosophy lesson over!!
There is the production philosophy, the sales philosophy, the marketing concept philosophy, and the international philosophy.
What is philosophy?
The sentencing philosophy based on this goal is known as incapacitation. It aims to protect society by removing dangerous offenders from the community, typically through incarceration, to prevent them from committing further harm.
Albert Camus believed that nihilism, the belief that life is meaningless, was a dangerous and destructive philosophy. He rejected nihilism and instead advocated for the idea of embracing the absurdity of life and finding meaning through personal responsibility and creating one's own values. This perspective influenced his philosophy of existentialism, which emphasizes the importance of individual freedom and the search for meaning in a seemingly indifferent universe.
