I think it's awfully early to think about leaving high school for college, considering it sounds like you've only been in high school for a few weeks. I would probably advise you to give it a little more time, but definitely talk to people in your real life about all this, maybe your school's guidance counselor. I personally had a pretty terrible time in high school, but I also made some really amazing friends and grew a lot as a person. The "high school experience" is really whatever you make it. Plus, I know I wouldn't have been able to handle college at that age. But that's just me! Best of luck with all this.

You don't have to, but you should. It all depends if you think employers are looking for a highschool dropout with experience or a highschool graduate with a GED as well. another factor is if you really want to start working at 17, and continue it for the rest of your life.
