well i think we must use english as a medium of instruction just to be familiar in english language but it is better if the teachers translate the word not familiar in tagalog so that the student will understand the lesson because, not all student are good in english so for the inspiring teachers you need to be patient and make a little sacrifice to meet the needs skills of the students.
