Physical Science Experiment 1.2: I took a piece of string and had my sister hold it up to my elbow while I held the other end of the string so she could cut it. She cut the string where my middle finger ended. I then took the string and held it up to my index finger while I marked a line on the string where my finger ended. I then took the place where I had marked the string, folded it, and marked it where the string ended. I did that numerous times until there was no more string. I then took the string and measured my table it measured 4 cubits and 20 fingers. Experiment 1.3 a: I took three glasses and filled (1) up with 1 cup of vinegar, (2) with ½ cup of vinegar, and (3) with ¼ cup of vinegar. After filling them with vinegar I dropped 1 TUMS tablet into each. The TUMS began to bubble, fizz, and disappear. I observed each and they were all about the same. Experiment 1.3 b: I took the three glasses and filled (1) up with 1 cup of water and 1 cup of vinegar, (2) was filled with 1 ½ cup of water and ½ cup of vinegar, and glass (3) was filled with 1 ¾ cup of water and ¼ cup of vinegar. After filling them I dropped 1 TUMS tablet into each. This time I saw a significant change. The TUMS tablet in glass (1) was dissolving slower than before, number (2) was disappearing even slower, and (3) was dissolving slower than both of them.
