1. Methods of weighing and measuring

6. Pulse Rate Test

  • To find out the pulse rate, place your pointing and middle finger near your wrist. NOTE :: Do not use your thumb in taking your pulse rate.

Adult : from 60 to 80 beats per minute

Child : from 80-100 beats per minute

Infant : from 100-140 beats per minute

7. Medical Examinations

  • A medical examination is highly desirable this can help the students adjust him/her to school life because of the absence of burden of visual defects, decayed teeth, diseased tonsils and adenoids, poor nutrition and other handicaps.
