i believe it should. Its just like being graded in participation. If someone is not behaving well in class, that is not exceptable because they may be wasting the time of the professor who is taking his time to teach you and you may be wasting the time of the other individuals in the class. If people don't wanna behave in class then why are you going to class if you put out the impression you don't want to be there
