If you completed the degree while the institution was accredited, than it would be recognized. If the degree was completed while the institution was not regionally accredited then it would not be recognized by other regionally accredited schools, and possibly by some employers.

No. UOPX Is up for an accreditation visit that all Higher Learning institutions must have conducted every few years. Each Learning Center, Campus, and curriculum is investigated and deemed regionally accredited if they meet the standards. You will find some community colleges have their accreditation in probation right now as the renewals are up for a lot of schools because they fail to meet specific criteria that is required by the HLC.
