I am trying to answer this question to the best of my ability.
It would probably be best if in the context of the speech it is clear to the audience that the question is rhetorical. If that will be the case, then why not?

This question isn't specific enough. In order to get the best answer you need to define who "they" are.
The best way to define the market is to examine who will most likely use your products. If your products is geared towards teens, then you should market it to them.
