I am a senior in High school and I have no idea what Cal State is best for my career or where to even start. I researched a bit about optometry and have an idea of what they do but I'm not sure what classes I need to take or anything. If there are other 4 year colleges other than any colleges that are UC or harder to get accepted, even if they are out of state, mentioning them would be helpful but I would prefer that a college in California is included with the answer also.

Yes, your regular optometrist should be able to fit you for prescription glasses. If they cannot do it, then they can point you in the right direction of someone who can.
