There are several ways in which bilateral agreements are used in airports. This is contracts that are set up between pilots that fly the planes, security clearance personnel contracted from outside companies, and mechanics that may work on their own.

Multilateral arrangements to promote international trade are bilateral or regional trade agreements.
Ok here's the case, I've been collecting the bilateral agreements made between two countries (obviously) within a spesific period and I have decided to write an academic article in which I analyse those... Do you think it would be appropriate if I analysed the history, benefits and effects of each agreement in different sections after identifying them? And have you got any idea what else to do with approximately 20 or more agreements? thanks
There are hundreds, from minor insignificant agreements to major agreements that affect the whole nation, as an example, Australia has free trade agreements with the following countries on a bilateral basis. (there are a few more through regional bodies) New Zealand Singapore Thailand US Chile
Bilateral involvement refers to the participation or engagement of two parties, entities, or sides in a particular situation or context. This term is often used in political, economic, or medical contexts, such as bilateral agreements between countries or bilateral symptoms in medical diagnoses. In the latter case, it indicates that both sides of the body are affected by a condition. Overall, it emphasizes the dual nature of the interaction or condition being discussed.
Bi-lateral symmetry means that if you split 'said object' straight down the middle, both sides will be the same.
Bilateral means that there are two sides; while unilateral means only one side. Quick analogy: The Family Unilateral: Parent and Child, Parent determines the needs of the child. Bilateral: Husband and Wife, Each determine together the needs of the family Multilateral: Entire family determines the needs of the family. i.e. parents, children, grandparents, aunts uncles etc. This can be expanded to businesses: Unions vs. Single Boss vs. Board members. Countries: Unilateral Sovereign states have Bilateral agreements with federal governments who in turn have multilateral agreements with the United Nations. Those are simplified analogies, of course, but even the more complex variations have that same basic structure which determines how it is viewed.
