There are plenty of avenues to train for becoming an RN. You can take classes at community colleges, and some universities also offer nusring majors. One of the best colleges to go to is Chaffey College in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.
Sports and drama colleges mostly, they are not really majors unless you want to go into physical education or sports marketing. Drama majors are useful for education jobs as well as directing, scripting and acting jobs.
Then these colleges are probably not best for you and your desired career path. You can look at other majors, but what is important is your interests.

University of Virginia seems like a good choice for special education majors, but I'm sure there are other colleges in Virginia that offer special education degrees.
Some math is required to graduate from high school, I think, in all states. Colleges usually have some math as a general education requirement, often waived if you have high scores on the SAT or ACT. If you go the a music conservatory, I do not think they have any math courses. Music majors are often good at math -- there is a relation between music and math.
In order to get into a decent 4-year college I'd say probably 2 or 3 is enough. I only took 2 and I got into a college that rejects over half their applicants. But if you're goal is something more like Princeton or Harvard or Yale then I'd go with at least 7 or 8. Remember also that you have to do good in the AP exams in the end.
