There's probably nothing more exciting than learning about the physical world around you, and when science is taught with enthusiasm, the enthusiasm is contagious and awakens the normal curiosity in students so that they're excited to learn about science.

Field trips, taking field notes, demonstrations, experiments, dramatic, physical examples are always appreciated by secondary school students, especially when the focus is on science.
