Every accredited nursing school program will have a slightly different set of course requirements. As a prerequisite, most nursing programs require a background in English, communications, chemistry, science, Biology, anatomy, and physiology. One enrolled in an actual RN program, coursework will include microbiology, anatomy, psychology, pathology, pharmacology and several more specific electives depending on which area of nursing you place to specialize in.

You must be a RN to be a school nurse. Most districts like nurses whom already have experience in nursing, but that isn't always a requirement
Princeton University does not have a Medical School or a Nursing School.

You have to be admitted to the nursing school first. This typically requires passing an entrance exam. You can actually take free nurse aide classes at American Red Cross in your area. You can also check with some nursing degree programs in your area.

I'm more than sure you cannot even qualify to become a Nurse without some college credit.
An associate's degree in nursing can be earned in two years of full time classes. Two years after high school a graduate can be a registered nurse.
There are many nursing classes available online and on campus. The best school would be determined by the type of nurse of interest and your current location.
You will not take all classes that a nurse will take, but they will be similar.
