It not only depends on the school but the specific program of study (major). Each program may have a GPA particular to iteself. However, if you do not meet the admissions requirements of the four year college or universiy, you can start at your home county community college. If you do well there, you can apply to any insitution after completion to finish your last two years. The community college is a great place to start, and it will save you at least two years of the higher cost associate with four year institutions.
