I've just taken the 2011 exam and the words you really need to know are as following -
PITCH - How low/high
DYNAMICS - How loud/quiet music is
TONALITY - Is the music in major/minor key?
TEXTURE - How many different things are playing at once? Thin or Thick texture?
There are tons more but you'll definitely need these!

Music first and foremost (Maths and English are essential skills - GCSEs will not necessarily move you toward being a musician - To be a professional you will need to advance through a level and pass instrument grades Take Music and like two languages maybe drama and history
To pass you need to revise really hard and study as in year ten and year 11 is your most important years of your school career.
As long as you try your best and get anything from A to C
In America they don't have GCSE's. They have other exams.
Just STUDY all you need to do is revise your guidelines, yours IG's are easy just dont get worried be confident and youll be fine :)
