It is quite a common subject. I would say in the 13th or 14th century.
You mean how do you ask the question? What day is it today? Tuesday or Wednesday? What is today's date? Is it the 14th or 15th?
The 15th Amendment to the United States Constitution states that the right to vote shall not be denied of any citizen based on that citizen's race, or color, or previous condition of servitude. This Amendment was passed in February of 1870 and was the last of the post-Civil War constitutional amendments collectively referred to as the "Reconstruction Amendments".
The sixteenth amendment which allowed congress to levy income tax. This allowed the US government to grow out of control, causing politicians to want to continue to increase taxes and grow the government even larger, while actually accomplishing much less per dollar spent. The enormous bureaucracy that has been created has become an industry unto itself and continually drains the money, will and spirit from the working people.
some people say that it hit on the 15th but actully it was the late hours of the 14th so says my neeerdy friend anyway ;)
Nothing. The voting rights provisions of the Constitution (in the 14th, 15th, 19th, 24th, and 26th Amendments) all expressly guarantee voting rights for "citizens of the United States." Noncitizens therefore have no voting rights under the Constitution.
The 19th gave women the right to vote, the 23rd gave people in the district of Colombia the right to vote, and the 26th made the legal voting age be 18. Simply they all relate to voting rights in the U.S.

Bleaching it too many times i would say. ive dyed my hair 16 times...that includes bleaching and it gave up after the 12th, 13th or 14th time i did it. I ended up shaving my head....
Everyday the constitution is used. When a person is arrested he is given Miranda rights. This comes from a Supreme Court decision utilizing the 14th amendment. If a police officer comes to your house and wants to search it he must give you a search warrant. This comes from the 4th, 5th, and 14th amendments. The ways we vote are in the constitution and how congress is elected and when. The duties of congress and the president are in the constitution. The fact that a president can only run two terms comes is in the constitution in the 22nd amendment. Who can vote is in the 15th, 19th, and 26th amendments. If you are arrested the constitution states you are to be given a "speedy trial " and to be given representation. The ability to protest is given you in the constitution or to write, say, or demonstrate against the government comes from the constitution. All of your civil rights are in the Bill of Rights. So, these are just a few examples of how the constitution is used today, but we need to pay attention to it to make sure that the constitution is followed and works for each one of us.
It would be correct to say "On the 13th December 2010"
