Speed bumps.
What we call a speed bump in the united states, britians call a "sleeping policeman". The concept dates back to the 1900's.
Most people call these "shave bumps" and they come from the irritation of the skin from shaving and the re-growth of hair.
They call them cupcakes
English people are actually people from England so people from America would be called Americans!
The little bumps are called moguls.
