The word "nanny" doesn't really mean anything in Swedish, although you can sometimes hear it in contexts where someone refers to a situation in an English-speaking country, and then the meaning is just the same as in English (someone who takes care of a child).

However, if you want to say "nanny" in Swedish, the translation is: (en) barnflicka, pl. barnflickor.
