兄 【にい】 nii or nii-san is a shorter way of saying onii-san. It means older brother. It is more respectful to say onii-san or nii-san when speaking to your elder brother, then by calling them by their name.

"Ii" = good

"ne" = (it is,) isn't it(.) <-- this is added onto the end of conversations to indicate you're not asking a question as such, but making a comment the other person probably agrees with.

"Iine..." means "It's good, isn't it"

This could be referring to the weather ("tenki") being good --> "Tenki ga iine"

Or pretty much any other noun to replace "tenki" in the above sentence.
