Sunshine or sunlight in Japanese is

Kanji: 陽光

Hiragana: ようこう

Romanji: youkou

It's pronounced yo--ko-- (extend the "o" sounds for each syllable)

Like saying Yoko Ono's first name, but with longer "o"s.
