Without the slash and without context, it can also mean Numerical Aperture (referring to the angle light comes out of (or goes into) an optical fiber, among other things), Not Acceptable, Sodium (although that is usually Na,) and nanoAmp (although, again, it is usual to use lower case for both letters in that case: na.)
