This isn't Dutch, but Afrikaans (South African). 'Geniet die dag' means 'Enjoy your day'.

The "leker" was probably meant to be "lekker" (nice).

But this would have to be an idiom, since it says

"Enjoy the day and get nice rot" or "Enjoy the day and get well rotten."

(technically Geniet die dag en kry lekker vrotheid / verrotting)
