I've learned that the only reason u want to be fit is so that il look good in a bikini when o move to Fl from NYC !

Overdoing it can prevent future workouts. Regular exercise is the key to being fit for life. I am over 50 years old, and can still, from a standing still position, spring up onto a picnic table top. Loose dogs in the park are always impressed with that trick.
