First, be sure you get enough sleep - kids and teens need 8-10 hours of sleep for their brains to be alert!

If you're getting enough sleep at night and you're still sleepy, go to your docor and have them check to be sure you don't have some sort of illness that is making you tired.

If you're just bored and sleepy, try taking deep breaths or drink a glass of cold water or a small coffee or tea (you don't need the super-gianto-venti-whopper coffee)
