You don't get into medical school straight from high school. Taking honors classes and AP courses look nice on your transcripts as well as classes that focus more on the science field. Now once in college, that's a different thing. I'm not quite sure how many classes you need but they all relate to chemistry, Biology, etc. You might want to talk to your school counselor for more in depth help on this.
1 year of biology with lab, chemistry with lab, physics with lab, and organic chemistry with lab are required. Some medical schools also require 1 year of calculus but that varies among different med schools. Med schools don't look at your high school transcripts unless if you are applying to a combined undergraduate and med school program.
