if your 18 year old child is still in high school and she wishes to go and live with her boy friend there is some things you have to make sure like is he capable of looking after her and make her comfortable then go for it allow them to be happy
It would depend on the child's age but Yes if your child is still enrolled in highschool. You can stop if your child turns 18 and has graduated from highschool but if your child turns 18 and is still in highschool then you'll have to pay support until the child graduates highschool or turns 19 whatever happens first.
If the daughter is no longer living with her mother, and is independent, then you could petition to end child support. If she is still in highschool, you might continue to pay with the agreement that the money transfers from mother to daughter.
Look at your child support agreement. Or contact DHR to regain a copy.
then she should leave her boyfriend and do something about the love she has for her best friend..
no she is not no more
Talk to people. If you're still in highschool or university/college join your schools gay-straight alliance or related club.
Of course not. He is still the father of his children and still responsible for supporting them.
If you mean why wont your ex boyfriend leave your life alone the he might be jealous of you talking to other men or he might still want to be with you
Your boyfriend's ex still loves him and it's not up to you to worry about it, but to have your boyfriend talk to his ex and ask her to leave you both alone. Be wary! He could be playing each of you against the other.
that not even a question they will love them no matter what!
No, she is still a child. The parents are still responsible for her.
